Current listings provide the controlling details for our squishy sensory toys, tactile stress-relief toys, and playful novelty items. Stock and prices remain subject to change until acceptance, and the merchant may correct an evident mistake where applicable law permits.

USD Payments

All prices settle in USD, and the checkout may present Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover. Applicable law determines any tax collected on an order, so the store does not promise a permanent tax exemption.

Thirty-Day Return Terms

A no-reason return or exchange may be requested within 30 days after delivery. NeeDoh pays authorized return shipping for no-reason requests and for damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing merchandise.

Custom goods, clearance or Final Sale items, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive items are excluded only from no-reason returns; defect and nonconformity rights remain intact.

Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after receipt and inspection.

Fulfillment Terms

The store delivers only within the United States and charge $0 for standard shipping. Allow 1–2 business days for processing and an estimated 4–6 business days in carrier transit after dispatch; tracking accompanies the shipment.

Customers can ask to cancel an order before it ships. Once dispatch occurs, any return or refund request proceeds under the Refund Policy.
